A PostNet Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Other duties as assigned. May help to train and mentor Customer Service Representatives.
The Ideal Retail Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have:
