DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing service providers in the country. Based in Seattle, with locations in NYC and Maryland, we help companies deliver their brand worldwide through creative, print, and fulfillment services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sorter Helper sorts mail in a variety of classifications as it is processed on inkjet and inserting equipment. The position requires an understanding of USPS regulations and some experience operating machinery. This is a great position for anyone looking to learn new skills and join a quickly growing team.
Note: This position may require the ability to complete and pass a Public Trust Security Clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sort mail for a variety of USPS classifications.
  • Operate strapping machine.
  • Read and understand postal sorting documentation.
  • Operate pallet jack to move mail.
  • Assist Operator in feeding and running machine.
  • Complete appropriate sorting documentation.
  • Complies with DCG ONE's environmental policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous mail sorting experience preferred.
  • Previous inkjet or inserting experience a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or stand for long periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works on the production floor in an industrial warehouse setting.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
