As Chemille evolves into a next-generation intelligent platform, we are seeking a Digital UX Owner to own the end-to-end user experience for Chemille’s AI-powered ecosystem while creating a delivery vehicle that is intuitive, visually cohesive, and aligned with business objectives.  The ideal candidate will have strong UX/UI Product Management fundamentals and advocate for UX/UI quality across all pages, features and customer touchpoints.


Product Vision & Strategy
• Define and maintain the overall UX vision and design principles by establishing site standards
• Ensure consistency in look, feel, and interaction patterns
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
Design & Execution
• Own overall strategic direction for the Chemille user interface and user experience

• Develop user personas and journey maps to communicate design ideas effectively
• Maintain the design system and style guide
• Design responsive layouts that work for both desktop and mobile
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are met
Research & Validation
• Conduct user research and usability testing (SUS, NPS, CSAT, etc.)
• Analyze utilization and behavior data to identify friction points
• Run A/B tests and translate findings into design improvements

• Own the measurement of user satisfaction across desktop and mobile
Collaboration & Process
• Work closely with product managers, UX developers, and content teams to ensure designs are implemented and designed to delight
• Review UI implementation and facilitate design reviews to gain stakeholder feedback
Ownership & Advocacy
• Serve as the final decision maker on UX/UI matters for Chemille
• Advocate for users and design best practices

• Stay current on UX/UI best practices and design trends to bring relevant ideas to the team

• Develop, maintain, and lead a UX/UI Center of Excellence to establish templates, training and best practices


•  Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of UX/UI experience in researching, designing, developing, and implementing digital products
•  Strong portfolio showcasing strong UX/UI visual design work and innovative solutions

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

•  Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools to create visual prototypes

•  Experience with user research methods to understand utilization patterns and recommend improvements
