UX Analyst

Lansing, MI (Hybrid)



Our client, a highly rated insurance carrier, is seeking a UX Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user-centered design and creating intuitive digital experiences

.As a UX Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leaders to understand user needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions. You'll play a key role in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and the creation of visual design concepts for web-based applications

.What You'll Do

  • Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals
  • .Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • .Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences
  • .Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and information architecture deliverables
  • .Develop visual design concepts and interface recommendations that align with business objectives and user needs

.What We're Looking For
