Overview
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile applications. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional designs.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile products
  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices
  • Support handoff to engineering with clear design specifications and assets
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual design skills
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (for collaboration, not coding)
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of usability testing tools and research methodologies
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise, or data-driven applications
  • Accessibility or UX certification is a plus
