Role Summary

Join Coca-Cola's Global Equipment Platforms team and help shape the future of iconic products-like Freestyle fountain dispensers, coolers, vending machines, and our digital apps. This is your opportunity to combine modern UI design skills with systems thinking for experiences that touch millions worldwide. We're a highly collaborative, innovative, in-office team passionate about growth, consumer insights, and blazing new trails in digital equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for equipment displays (Freestyle, vending machines, coolers), embedded screens, web applications, and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
  • Deliver high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, clearly communicating user flows, states, and interactions, while aligning every detail with established UI guidelines and specifications.
  • Use component libraries, variants, and responsive design principles to ensure scalable, consistent solutions across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including software engineers, digital product leads, and fellow designers-by participating in in-office collaboration, design jams, and hands-on field visits for direct observations and interviews.
  • Support UX research by participating in user observations, interviews, and feedback sessions-translating insights into actionable UI improvements.
  • Document UI specifications, standards, and design system components for seamless development handoff.
  • Contribute to, refine, and champion our UI Design System and global brand standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and outstanding visual quality across platforms.
  • Confidently present, explain, and defend your design decisions to peers, leadership, and partners-while actively seeking and embracing constructive feedback.

Key Deliverables

  • Pixel-perfect, production-ready UI designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Clear, detailed UI specifications, component documentation, and design system updates.
  • Actionable insights and recommendations informed by user fieldwork and observation.
  • Compelling design presentations and storytelling to stakeholders and collaborators.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in interaction design, HCI, visual communication, graphic/industrial design, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience for digital products (embedded/IoT devices a strong plus).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including component shared libraries, variants, interactive prototyping, responsive workflows, design systems) for designing high-fidelity UIs and interactive prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Prototyping, wireframing, visual design, sketching, ideation, color theory, typography, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to deliver and iterate on highly polished interfaces.
  • Effective communicator who confidently presents and defends design decisions, accepting and integrating feedback.
  • Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, especially in face-to-face and workshop environments.
  • Driven by empathy for the user and a relentless focus on creating delightful, impactful experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
  • Experience designing for embedded systems, IoT devices, or equipment interfaces.
  • Experience working with agile development processes and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Leadership & Culture Fit

  • Collaborative mindset-thrives in team settings where sharing, supporting, and learning from each other is the norm.
  • Growth-minded, creative, and always curious-driven to learn, improve, and innovate
  • Consumer-obsessed- relentlessly focused on what delights, inspires, and improves user experience
  • Flexible, proactive, and energized by hands-on, in-office teamwork and direct user engagement.
  • Fun, bold, and passionate about digital transformation and cutting-edge technology.

You will be required to share a portfolio showcasing impactful work on embedded, mobile, and/or web platforms. In addition, you will be required to demonstrate Figma capabilities through sharing files or demonstrating skills.

Make your mark in a global team where innovation is the standard, and your curiosity will always be rewarded. Ready to shape the future of digital experiences? Apply now!
