They work under the guidance of experienced designers to develop layouts, icons, buttons, and other graphical components that enhance user experience. UI Design Interns collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs are both visually appealing and functional. Their role often includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets while learning industry-standard tools and best practices.

Interns often contribute to real product features, allowing them to see the impact of their work in a live environment while building a diverse portfolio.
