Apply Job no: BDKEE Category: R&D Design, Onsite/Remote A P&G UX Designer will be responsible for: Use white boards, sketches, and paper prototypes to communicate design strategy. Responsible for working on scenario development, IA and Navigation, UX Strategies and managing other aspects of overall experience such as visual design (graphics, colors, buttons etc.), sitemap etc. Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customers' business problem/goals

Prepares conceptual prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes) for internal reviews. Ensures that graphics and programming aspects follow the tenets of human user interface aspects and also in line with the principles of brand identity. Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.

A P&G UI Designer will be responsible for: Has strong skills in UI design and mid-advanced level knowledge of UI design principles as well as some experience in design delivery and UI research. Ensures the quality and consistency in UI design deliverables, which can include mockups and clickable prototypes, design systems, assets for development handoff, simple animations, and anything else the product team might need. Able to interpret brand guidelines into digital UI for their product.

Has mid-level knowledge of UI research, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, accessibility, and anything else the product team might need. Collaborates closely with Product Designer (UX) partner in wireframe and design decision handoff, as well as with the software engineers on their team, focusing on smoothly handing off assets for development and facilitating UI reviews of the live code. Has the opportunity to upskill in design leadership through team process initiatives, lead communication with stakeholders, and establish UI design practices.
