What is a user generated content creator?

A User Generated Content (UGC) Creator is someone who produces original content—such as videos, photos, reviews, or social media posts—about a brand, product, or service, typically as a consumer rather than a traditional influencer. UGC Creators are often hired by companies to make authentic, relatable content that resonates with their target audience. Unlike influencers, UGC Creators focus on storytelling and real-life experiences rather than growing a large personal following. Their content is used by brands in marketing campaigns to build trust and increase engagement. UGC is highly valued because it appears more genuine and trustworthy to potential customers.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a user generated content creator?

To thrive as a User Generated Content Creator, you need strong storytelling abilities, creativity, and a solid understanding of digital platforms, typically supported by experience in content creation or digital marketing. Familiarity with video and photo editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and knowledge of major social media platforms are essential. Excellent communication, adaptability, and audience engagement skills help creators stand out in a competitive landscape. These skills are crucial for producing authentic, high-quality content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement for brands or communities.

How do user generated content creators typically collaborate with marketing and product teams?

User Generated Content Creators often work closely with marketing and product teams to align their content with brand goals and messaging. They may participate in brainstorming sessions, receive briefs outlining campaign objectives, and provide feedback on what resonates with audiences. Regular communication ensures that their content supports product launches, promotions, and community engagement strategies. This collaborative structure helps creators stay informed about upcoming initiatives and produce relevant, impactful content.

Job description

About Bazaarvoice

At Bazaarvoice, we create smart shopping experiences. Through our expansive global network, product-passionate community & enterprise technology, we connect thousands of brands and retailers with billions of consumers. Our solutions enable brands to connect with consumers and collect valuable user-generated content, at an unprecedented scale. This content achieves global reach by leveraging our extensive and ever-expanding retail, social & search syndication network. And we make it easy for brands & retailers to gain valuable business insights from real-time consumer feedback with intuitive tools and dashboards. The result is smarter shopping: loyal customers, increased sales, and improved products.

The problem we are trying to solve : Brands and retailers struggle to make real connections with consumers. It's a challenge to deliver trustworthy and inspiring content in the moments that matter most during the discovery and purchase cycle. The result? Time and money spent on content that doesn't attract new consumers, convert them, or earn their long-term loyalty.

Our brand promise : closing the gap between brands and consumers.

Founded in 2005, Bazaarvoice is headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

It’s official: Bazaarvoice is a Great Place to Work in the US , Australia, India, Lithuania, France, Germany and the UK!

At Bazaarvoice, we are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Enablement Business Partner to serve as a hands‑on trainer and strategic advisor for our Inside Sales organization and APAC sales leaders.

In this role, you will bridge strategic alignment with tactical delivery. You will own the live delivery and day‑to‑day execution of our onboarding program, ensuring new sales hires ramp quickly and effectively. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic business partner to regional leadership—diagnosing team skill gaps, diving into call analytics, and tailoring localized enablement initiatives.

This is a 100% individual contributor seat with no direct reports. We are looking for someone with strong sales enablement experience, sharp business acumen, and a self‑starter mindset who operates with high autonomy and confident executive presence.

What You'll Do: Onboarding Program Delivery & Execution
  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions several times a week, driving engagement and real‑world application for new sales cohorts.
  • Partner with the Onboarding Program Manager on the day‑to‑day execution and continuous improvement of the onboarding journey, tracking completion, time‑to‑ramp, and certification milestones.
  • Serve as the primary touchpoint for new hires, guiding them through core practices, product messaging, and internal workflows.
Strategic Business Partnership (Inside Sales & APAC)
  • Partner directly with Inside Sales and APAC sales leaders to align enablement initiatives with regional go‑to‑market priorities and desired business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, communicating program impact, identifying skill gaps, and advocating for regional seller needs without hesitation.
  • Translate regional nuances, market feedback, and GTM updates into field‑ready coaching, playbooks, and micro‑learning modules.
  • Flexibly to support emerging sales priorities, regional GTM shifts, and ad‑hoc enablement initiatives as needed.
  • Proactively explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI tools and strategies into our enablement tech stack to modernize training workflows, accelerate content creation, and scale personalized learning for sales reps.
Coaching, Call Analytics & Content Localization
  • Spend time analyzing call recordings (via Gong or similar platforms) to identify win/loss patterns, performance gaps, and actionable coaching opportunities.
  • Translate seller call data into concrete, teachable behaviors reps can apply immediately.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to localize messaging and ensure training materials reflect real‑world sales conversations.
  • Utilize modern enablement tools, LMS platforms, and AI tools to build digestible, high‑impact training resources at scale.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience across B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement. Prior experience as a quota‑carrying seller or direct team manager (e.g., BDR/SDR Manager) is strongly preferred.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A team‑oriented professional who values strong internal partnerships, actively contributes to team wins, and fits seamlessly into our group dynamic while working independently.
  • Execution & Ownership: Proven track record of delivering live sales training and managing onboarding or skill‑development programs in an individual contributor capacity.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage confidently with sales leadership and senior leaders, using data and field insights to influence strategy.
  • Tool Fluency: Hands‑on experience with modern tech stacks such as Gong, Highspot/Seismic, Salesforce, and micro‑learning tools.
  • AI‑Forward Mindset: Beyond basic prompt engineering or tool usage, you possess a forward‑thinking curiosity for AI, with a track record of applying modern tools to revolutionize enablement workflows, enhance seller performance, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Self‑Starter Mentality: Strong project management skills, and the drive to solve complex enablement challenges independently.
