Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to own and evolve end-to-end user experiences across mobile and desktop platforms. This role will focus on experimentation (A/B testing), high-fidelity design execution, and close cross-functional collaboration to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and data-driven product experiences.


Core Responsibilities

  • Design and refine high-fidelity wireframes, detailed user flows, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web experiences
  • Partner on A/B testing initiatives by designing, iterating, and optimizing UX/UI variations to improve key performance outcomes
  • Ensure all design work maintains exceptional visual quality, brand alignment, and consistency while adhering to our design system
  • Identify friction points in existing experiences and articulate clear, data-informed strategies to improve usability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Content and Design leadership to ensure feasibility, fidelity, and alignment throughout execution
  • Act as the design domain expert in cross-functional discussions, advocating for the user while balancing business and technical constraints
  • Manage and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, incorporating it thoughtfully into design solutions
  • Participate in all phases of the design and development process, including research, ideation, visual design, engineering handoff, polish, and delivery


Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on mobile and web
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual execution, and shipped mobile and web experiences


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Passion for interaction design, usability, and scalable design systems
  • Ability to prototype rich, interactive mobile and web experiences

Compensation

Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $95,000-$125,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
