Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights, Foresight & UX will lead problem definition, cultural signal tracking, and rapid user testing across the Innovation Lab portfolio. This role ensures that innovation initiatives begin with clear consumer tensions and are continuously refined through structured learning loops.

This is not a tracking research role — it is a discovery and problem-framing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and frame high-quality innovation briefs grounded in unmet needs

  • Conduct rapid qualitative and quantitative consumer testing

  • Identify emerging cultural and behavioral signals

  • Refine product and experience design based on feedback

  • Partner closely with Marketing and R&D to drive iteration cycles

  • Maintain innovation knowledge repository and foresight inputs

Requirements:

  • 7–12+ years in consumer insights, UX research, or innovation strategy

  • Experience designing and executing rapid research sprints

  • Strong qualitative research capability

  • Ability to translate insights into actionable product direction

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and marketing teams

  • Experience in innovation labs or early-stage ventures

  • Foresight or trend research experience

  • Food, beverage, or CPG category exposure

The base salary for this position is between $110,000.00 and $140,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
