Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our Customer Journey product team, responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and AI-enhanced user experiences across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

This role will focus on creating seamless experiences spanning marketing engagement, lead capture, digital journeys, and sales interactions. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with intelligent systems, ensuring experiences are not only functional, but also adaptive, personalized, and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design CRM user experiences across the full customer journey from marketing to sales to customer support
  • Create intuitive flows that connect marketing, digital, and sales, CS, and Product touchpoints into a cohesive experience
  • Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and CRM-integrated interfaces
  • Design experiences that incorporate AI-driven features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent, and user-friendly interfaces
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Develop personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps
  • Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across both customized and out of the box solutions
  • Establish UX standards and best practices for customer journey experiences

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking
  • Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
  • Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich user experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Eloqua

The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200.00 to $ 243,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
