Position Summary:

The UX/UI Designer is a skilled contributor responsible for delivering user-centered designs for assigned product features and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes strong execution, attention to detail, and growth in design craft while supporting design system adoption and contributing to team success. Mid-Level designersparticipatein research, prototyping, and design execution, with opportunities to mentor junior peers informally.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency.
  • Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards.
  • Contribute to design system components andmaintainconsistency across projects.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role.
  • Proficiencyin Figma and other UX/UI design tools.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards.
  • Portfoliodemonstratesstrong UX/UI principles and real-world projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff.
