ADP User Experience is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Visual and UX Designer.
The ADP User Experience team is responsible to expand the UX Strategic footprint, visibility and value added across the organization by leading the Global UX Design and Research movement across ADP.Â
We leverage skilled UX professionals to provide consulting services and bring new UX Innovation and industry best-practices to ADP.Â
You will be responsible for a wide range of design projects with a focus on simple, clean design for our browser and mobile user interface.Â
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, layout, form and typography for web/mobile and other emerging technologies.Â
Together with other designers, product managers, and researchers and developers, you will work to find solutions to our users challenges and create the necessary simulations and final graphics to explain your suggested design solutions.Â
You will constantly play an active role in driving your vision through, getting it into the product, and reacting to users feedback.Â
We are seeking someone that is enthusiastic about working in an agile and iterative environment.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Create visual and interaction concepts then iterate into increasingly high fidelity prototypes for user evaluation leading to the final visual designÂ
Write the visual and behavioral style guide for the GUI components
Develop innovative design solutions for multiple projectsÂ
Communicate effectively with the teamÂ
Provide expertise on color theory, typography, composition, layout, etc.Â
Ability to coordinate multiple projects while remaining highly detail orientedÂ
Remain flexible to changing prioritiesÂ
Keep up-to-date knowledge of ever-evolving design trends and techniques RequirementsÂ
4+ years designing web and mobile applicationsÂ
A strong portfolio of great user experience designsÂ
A deep understanding of web design, mobile app and mobile web best practicesÂ
Be an advocate for the user and passionate about the user experienceÂ
Be detail oriented on the deliverables - creating pixel perfect assetsÂ
Design experience on consumer and business applications in the entire range of visual design activities:Â
