  • Improve project management and software development workflows continuously
  • Help align project priorities with broader company strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing software development projects – ideally projects that integrate software and hardware
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and software delivery best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and risk management capabilities
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, or CI/CD processes is a plus
  • PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related certifications preferred

Why Join Fieldpiece?

  • Competitive compensation and bonus opportunity
  • Matching 401(k) up to 4% with immediate vesting
  • Excellent medical benefits including HSA options and company contributions
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Career development and “Hire-to-Retire” philosophy
  • Collaborative, highly innovative culture
  • Employee Assistance Program, disability coverage, supplemental life insurance, and more
