What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Director of Website Strategy, the Senior Website UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences across our web ecosystem. This role will partner closely with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to create user-centered website experiences, evolve our design systems, support website redesign and migration initiatives, and transform complex business and technical requirements into elegant, conversion-focused interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual and interaction design expertise with systems thinking, speed, and the ability to independently deliver polished, production-ready designs while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and quality.

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Website UI/UX Designer to join our growing web and digital experience team. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling web experiences while helping modernize and streamline our broader digital ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strong UI/UX design expertise with strategic thinking, speed, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments, collaborating across multiple teams, and independently driving projects from concept through execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex user experience challenges, building scalable design systems, and using AI-assisted workflows to improve creative execution and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design
  • Deep expertise in website UI/UX design, interaction design, responsive layouts, and modern digital experiences
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives
  • Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices
  • Experience designing for complex web ecosystems with multiple user journeys, audiences, and content types
  • Strong experience building high-fidelity prototypes and incorporating thoughtful animations and transitions into modern digital experiences
  • Ability to translate business, marketing, and technical requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences
  • Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design speed, quality, research, ideation, and scalability
  • Strong understanding of developer handoff workflows and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams
  • Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and consistency
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred
  • Expert-level experience with Figma, including advanced prototyping, interactive user flows, motion design, animations, and developer handoff workflows
  • Experience building and evolving scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component-based digital ecosystems
  • Strong visual design sensibilities with a deep understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction design, accessibility, and modern web aesthetics
  • Experience designing intuitive, conversion-focused user experiences across complex website ecosystems and user journeys
  • Experience creating high-fidelity mockups, clickable prototypes, and polished interaction models that effectively communicate design intent
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
  • Experience collaborating closely with front-end developers to ensure high-quality implementation and scalable digital experiences
  • Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms
  • Experience using analytics, heatmaps, experimentation, or user behavior tools to inform UX decisions
  • Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices
  • Experience contributing to scalable design documentation, governance, and workflow standards

Wondering if you're a good fit? We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring unique backgrounds—even if you don't check every box. Here are a few qualities we've found make someone successful on our team. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

  • You care deeply about usability, accessibility, performance, and user experience — not just visual aesthetics
  • You enjoy turning complex requirements into intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experiences
  • You think in systems and reusable patterns rather than one-off page designs
  • You're comfortable moving quickly and adapting in fast-changing environments
  • You're proactive, resourceful, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • You're curious about how AI, cloud infrastructure, and modern web platforms are shaping the future of digital experiences
