Who are we? 

Sawtooth Software is a leading provider of software tools for the marketing research industry. Our software is used to create surveys with a specialization in studies involving consumer choice. Hundreds of well-known companies around the world use our software for product development, pricing research, and market simulations.  We have been in business for over 40 years, but because of an exciting new focus on improving the user experience and bringing our products online, it feels like we are just getting started.  

What is this opportunity

We are looking for an entry-level accountant to join our admin team as an intern or part-time employee. The person who fills this position will work closely with other accountants and the company’s VP of Finance. This part-time position will require 15-20 hours per week.   


Duties include:   

  • Processing payments   
  • Processing credit card receipts
  • Filing personal property tax  
  • Assisting in month and year end closings  
  • Processing 1099s  
  • Other assigned administrative duties   


Qualifications:  

  • 1-2 years of college education 
  • 1-2 years of professional experience is preferred
  • Completion of a financial accounting course 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office) Suite (required)  
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Highly organized 
  • Effective communication skills
