Job description

We are looking for a Creative Intern to join our BetterBody Foods team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with creative and design experience, wanting to work in a dynamic and growing company with nationally recognized brands. This person will be an integral member of the Creative team, reporting to the Packaging Design Manager and working closely with Marketing and eCommerce to conceptualize and deliver assets for social media, marketing campaigns and print projects.
What You'll Do
  • Create artwork and design in conjunction with brand guidelines for social assets, eCommerce and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce clean, thought-out designs that carry a consistent look and feel across all deliverables.
  • Own and execute the design process: collaboration on artistic inspiration, deliver functional files, and organize final assets.
  • Adhere to established brand guidelines while continually elevating the design aesthetic and overall user experience for the following brands; BetterBody Foods, PBfit, Oatsome, Plant Junkie and Clean Crumbs.

Who You Are
  • You have at least 1 year experience in graphic design, art, illustration or related fields and have an online design portfolio to showcase your work.
  • You love being on a team that is founded on collaboration, and professional and artistic growth.
  • You're organized, detail driven with high quality standards.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Have
  • Experience designing in Figma
  • Motion graphics skills (After Effects)
  • Experience with digital illustration (Fresco)
  • Print design experience (dielines, color theory, printing process, etc.)
  • Experience in online retail media.

  • A passion for design and branding with a foundation in layout, typography, and imagery.
  • Adobe Creative Suite user (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing content for multiple social platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multitask across a wide array of projects in a fast-paced environment.
