• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in front‑end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Experience in application development in at least one platform or area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

• 5 years developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
• 5 years of experience as a front‑end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

• Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
• Collaborate with other engineers on final implementation and polish.
• Meet high accessibility standards.
• Serve as a mentor for early‑career UX engineers and peers.

You will join a multi‑disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry‑leading products. Working on the front end in a challenging, fast‑paced environment, you will bridge UX best practices and production execution. You’ll use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user‑facing technologies to enable efficient, high‑quality execution and launch innovative features to a global audience.

In this role, you will design and build innovative user experiences that showcase Jigsaw’s use of AI to address societal challenges. The role will focus on advocating Jigsaw’s work with external audiences, collaborating closely with our marketing and engineering teams to create compelling, interactive demos and experiences. You will have the opportunity to design and build new experiences, rapidly prototype using the latest AI tools, and work cross‑functionally.
