Role Overview
  • Hiring 1 UI/UX Designer
  • Supporting IAM (Identity & Access Management) platform
  • Focus on building a new UI for access management
  • Work includes UI mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and iterative design
  • This is enterprise-facing web application work (not mobile)

Team & Business Context
  • Part of Cyber & Technology - IAM team
  • Platform used enterprise-wide across Capital One
  • Designer will collaborate across multiple LOBs, stakeholders, and product managers

Key Responsibilities
  • Design UI for a new IAM platform
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Translate user and PM requirements into UI designs
  • Iterate designs based on continuous feedback
  • Follow Capital One inclusive design standards and best practices
  • Partner closely with product managers and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6 years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (preferred)

(Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of:
