• Conduct individual therapy sessions using video conferencing software, effectively creating a warm and supportive virtual environment for clients.
• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, past experiences, and current challenges during sessions.
• Assist clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals and help them develop strategies for reaching these goals.
• Identify and address behaviors that may hinder a client’s recovery, providing actionable feedback and guidance.
• Advise clients on healthy coping mechanisms and life skills to manage stress and improve overall mental health.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure the best outcomes.

As a therapist with Healing Renewal, you will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking support for low-acuity mental health concerns. Our screening process ensures that all clients are stable adults who are motivated to engage in therapy. This focus allows you to make a meaningful impact in their lives, guiding them through emotional and psychological challenges in a supportive setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in your respective field: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note that provisional licenses or those under disciplinary action will not be considered.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an empathetic and relatable manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion, understanding, and professionalism with clients.
• Proficient with technology, including telehealth platforms and general computer software.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth settings, as well as those familiar with providing virtual therapy, are highly desirable. Experience in managing a caseload and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet varying client needs will also be advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
