Who you are:
As a User Experience Designer II at Frost, you are our experience champion. You will design and implement innovative and user-centric software application interfaces that effectively optimize consumer experience within Frost applications. You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every individual that uses our systems.
What you'll do:
  • Conduct and utilize usability studies, customer interviews, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking to positively impact software design decisions
  • Create high-level user flows, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes to ensure that design concepts being implemented are user-friendly across organizational platforms
  • Resolve complex technical and business issues related to the implementation of new web projects to maximize workflow efficiency
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interaction Design, Information Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Interaction Design work experience
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or other prototyping software
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Ability to create simple user experiences within a complex environment
  • An online/PDF portfolio

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Apple and Android products
  • Financial services experience
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
