  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in the complete user\-centered design lifecycle: research, personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user testing, and data interpretation to inform decision\-making.<\/span>

  • They will work within a multidisciplinary team (Product Owner, designers, integrators, developers) using agile methodologies, which requires design autonomy and the ability to collaborate daily with technical profiles. The recurring keywords in the project brief (simple, effective, performance, accessibility, conversion) indicate a results\-oriented profile focused on measurable outcomes rather than a purely creative or visual one.<\/span>
