We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, DE. As a pivotal member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that transform complex healthcare data into clear and engaging experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure that our products not only meet user needs but also adhere to the highest standards of usability and accessibility, including WCAG standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for improving user experience in healthcare settings and possess a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Axure, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
