Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer at Blend360, you'll be a hands-on contributor and strategic thinker-bringing intuitive, intelligent, and high-impact digital and AI-driven experiences to life. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, data science, and engineering to design solutions that align user needs with business outcomes.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in hybrid consulting and product development environments, values craftsmanship and systems thinking, and wants to push the boundaries of AI-first, human-centered design.
What You'll Do
  • Design Execution: Own end-to-end design-from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and dev-ready assets-for data-driven digital products, services, and platforms.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to bring clarity and creativity to complex technical challenges.
  • User-Centered Thinking: Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant and accessible interfaces.
  • AI-First Design: Harness AI tools to accelerate design iterations, explore solutions at scale, and architect user experiences.
  • Craft & Consistency: Maintain high standards for visual design, interaction design, and usability. Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and standards.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in client-facing sessions-presenting your work, incorporating feedback, and advocating for the user throughout the design process.

Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful interfaces for web or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems. AI prototyping experience is a plus.
  • Strong grounding in UX principles, Design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Consulting or agency experience is a plus but not required.

Additional Information
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. The starting pay range for this role is $105,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
