  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis to inform design decisions for complex applications

  • Proven ability to support enterprise-level UX initiatives, including design system development, pattern libraries, and cross-product consistency efforts

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of UX initiatives, and effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience applying modern UX research methods, including contextual inquiry, diary studies, and/or task analysis, to uncover deeper user needs
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems or pattern libraries that promote consistency across enterprise applications
  • Experience incorporating accessibility best practices and designing interfaces that meet Section 508 guidelines
  • Experience using analytics and behavioral data to identify usability issues and inform design improvements
  • Background supporting change management and user adoption efforts, including user onboarding, training materials, and communications for new or updated workflows
