# UI/UX - UX Researcher IIIApply**Job#: 3045434****Job Description:**UI/UX - UX Researcher III**Location:** Bellevue, WashingtonCOMPENSATION: $63 - $73 HOURLYRole OverviewWe are seeking a Panel Research Contractor to support a new AI-powered assistant for advertisers. This role will own the execution of tactical qualitative studies, from scoping research questions to delivering readouts. The objective is to generate clear signals that guide product development by engaging an always-on custom research panel of advertisers.Key Responsibilities* Scope research questions from product team requests and UXR priorities, matching each to the appropriate panel study format.* Partner with area UX Researchers to ensure panel studies complement existing research efforts.* Draft discussion guides, screeners, and task protocols for various qualitative, concept testing, and weekly engagement studies.* Moderate live remote sessions and design or moderate asynchronous studies.* Code data, draft findings, and produce sprint-end and concept-test readouts.* Contribute to cross-area synthesis through a shared insights substrate.Required Qualifications**Experience:** A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in qualitative research execution, including in-depth interviews, diary studies, concept testing, and usability studies. Experience operating in a fast-moving product environment and engaging with cross-functional partners is required.**Education:** A Bachelor's degree in a relevant social science, HCI, or research field, or equivalent applied experience is required.**Technical Skills:** Fluency in moderation is required.
