Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UX Design to join our dynamic team at Mobileye in New York. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user centered approach throughout.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver cohesive and innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Mandatory Skills:
