This role is focused on designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and visually engaging applications.
Note: This is a UI/UX Design role and is not intended for software developer-based backgrounds.

Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 3 (UI/UX Analyst) with a strong background in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Research, Accessibility, and Usability Testing. This role is focused on designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and visually engaging applications.
Note: This is a UI/UX Design role and is not intended for software developer-based backgrounds.
Required Qualifications:-
- 3-5 years of experience in User Interface (UI) Design
- 3-5 years of experience conducting User Research
- Degree or certification in:
- Graphic Design
- Interaction Design
- User Interface Design
- Or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and experience
- Ability to provide 2-3 professional references
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience designing in alignment with established design systems and standards
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Experience conducting usability testing
- Experience performing ADA accessibility testing
- Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes
