Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design engaging, user-centered websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong experience with wireframing, prototyping, and Figma, as well as a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles. This role will collaborate closely with project managers, account team, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing web experiences.


Core Accountabilities:
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Design responsive website layouts and user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and user engagement.
  • Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Review and optimize existing websites for accessibility, functionality, and visual consistency.
  • Create visual assets, including icons, graphics, banners, and web page elements.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
  • Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.


Required Skills/Experience:
  • Web Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
  • Expert in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects and UX/UI expertise.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
  • Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
