User Interface Designer - Senior
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior User Interface Designer to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling digital experiences. This role involves designing and delivering visual design concepts and interactive prototypes across various devices. The ideal candidate will represent UI design activities within a cross-functional development team to create industry-leading experiences.

Required Qualifications
Education: A BA/BS degree in Communication Design, Graphic/Computer Design, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in creating user experience designs. Experience in scientifically measuring the effectiveness of designs with end-users is required. Must be qualified in creating design artifacts such as high-fidelity comps that apply brand guidelines and prototypes.
Skills: Mastery in the use of UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines and possess strong communication and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to influence product direction through a deep understanding of users is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry.
  • An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with working in banking platforms, with a background in Commercial or Wholesale being a plus.
  • Understanding of an agile work environment.
