Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for keeping vehicles looking their best? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team at Volvo Cars Royal Oak. From the moment a vehicle arrives at our facility to the moment it’s delivered back to the customer, you’ll ensure it’s handled with precision, care, and pride.

This role is perfect for someone who values quality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform thorough detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles to meet dealership standards.
  • Clean, polish, wax, and perform interior and exterior reconditioning as needed.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery, photography, showroom display, or service hand-off.
  • Ensure all detailing work exceeds customer and company expectations.
  • Use appropriate tools, products, and techniques for each task.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
  • Assist with inventory inspections and minor cosmetic touch-ups.
  • Report any vehicle condition issues to the Service Manager.

What You Bring

  • Previous automotive detailing experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
