Job description

Job Purpose
Superior is currently seeking to hire individuals that will be trained for our new construction, shipbuilding and repair divisions. We are hiring welders and fitters that can run stick, wire and flux.
Job Duties
  • Stick welding
  • Wire and Flux
  • Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
  • Must work in team environment.

Requirements
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
  • Must have or be willing to acquire USCG Welding Certification.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have valid Driver License or I.D.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Working Conditions
  • Working in all climate conditions can be inside or outside.
  • Hours may vary depending on shift.
