About the Position: This position serves as a Logistics Management Specialist for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command located at New Cumberland, PA or Redstone Arsenal, AL. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes includes providing technical expert and principal logistical support for major, high-value, and politically sensitive Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs; conducting comprehensive analyses of logistics data to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency; negotiating with foreign government representatives and senior officials at other U.S. government agencies to resolve issues; and developing new policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to international logistics operations and FMS sustainment.
