  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Contribute to and help evolve CORE UI, Epsilon's enterprise design system, while ensuring designs meet accessibility and WCAG standards.
  • Participate in usability testing activities and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements.
  • Build productive working relationships across teams and functions to support successful product outcomes.
  • Stay current with emerging UX practices, tools, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Who You Are - What You'll Bring With You

  • Portfolio demonstrating a thoughtful design process and strong user-centered solutions.

Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent

  • Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design workflows.
