The Technology Operations team ensures effective program execution by coordinating cross-functional efforts and aligning stakeholders with strategic objectives. The team prioritizes clarity, traceability, and operational excellence throughout project lifecycles to deliver technology initiatives on time. Members utilize strong program and risk management skills to support business operations and technology strategies. Emphasizing collaboration and autonomous decision-making, the team maintains high standards in program delivery. Focused on continuous improvement, it supports software and cloud engineering platforms, enabling seamless integration and quality outcomes that advance organizational goals.
What you'll do:

• Assess and estimate resources required for successful completion of complex technology projects.
• Monitor, identify, and evaluate project progress against approved milestones, addressing risks and issues proactively.
• Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedule, health, risks, and dependencies of programs.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders to build consensus and influence decisions using data-driven insights.
• Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost expenditures across multiple projects within the program.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and emerging tools to enhance program delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
