Shift Details

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 PM–12:20 AM (40-minute paid break)


Pay Details:

Starting pay is $17.00 an hour with $1.00 an hour shift differential


What You’ll Do

As a Laborer, you will provide hands-on support to our production team and help keep the press area clean, organized, and ready for production.

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized press area.
  • Clean ink reservoirs, press parts, and tools and stage them for the next job.
  • Mix and distribute adhesive and cleaning supplies to the presses.
  • Assist press operators at the end of presses and with hand-packing specialty jobs.
  • Support weekly and monthly cleaning activities throughout the facility.
  • Perform general housekeeping and other production support duties as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
