365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers in the Greenville, SC area for a paid 4- to 6-week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and Eastern United States. Schedules are designed to maximize time at home for drivers based in the Greenville region.
- Paid 4- to 6-week mentor training with an experienced driver
- $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
- Weekly pay by direct deposit

Route responsibilities
- Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
- Transition into solo regional assignments upon completion of training
- Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
- Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
- Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication skills
- No prior over-the-road experience required
