From 5411 Hub, we are partnering with a highly established international technology group to identify a Business Development Director – US Market who will play a key role in launching and building the company’s commercial presence in the United States.

This is a unique opportunity to join the organization at a very early stage of its US expansion and help build the business from scratch, while being backed by a solid global group with extensive experience in technology, telecommunications and digital transformation.

The company operates within the Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience Technology and Automation ecosystem, providing advanced solutions designed to improve the way organizations acquire, serve and retain customers.

Its solutions combine technologies such as:

  • Artificial Intelligence and AI-powered agents
  • Customer Experience and Customer Care technology
  • Customer Acquisition solutions

The objective is to help enterprise clients improve commercial performance, customer engagement, operational efficiency and service quality through the combination of technology, automation and human interaction.

The Role

The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing the US market, identifying new business opportunities and building a strong enterprise client portfolio.

This is a highly commercial, hands‑on position for someone with a strong hunter mentality, capable of opening doors, developing relationships with senior decision‑makers and managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial prospecting through closing.

The person will report directly to the US Country Manager and will have significant exposure to the company’s international leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute the company’s business development strategy for the US market.
  • Develop the operation commercially from the ground up.
  • Identify, prospect and engage new enterprise clients.
  • Generate qualified pipeline and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiation and closing.
  • Develop relationships with C-Level executives and senior decision‑makers.
  • Build a strong network across Customer Experience, Customer Care, Contact Centers, BPO, Technology and Digital Transformation.
  • Position AI, automation and customer experience solutions with enterprise organizations.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Solutions and international commercial teams.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, customer needs, pricing and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and strategic business forums.
  • Contribute to defining the future commercial structure and go-to-market model in the United States.

The role will focus primarily on large and mid‑sized enterprise organizations across sectors such as:

  • Telecommunications
  • Retail

  • Logistics
  • Technology
  • Customer Service / Contact Center operations
  • BPO and outsourced customer operations
Required Experience
  • Strong previous experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or New Business Development.
  • Proven track record in highly commercial and hunting‑oriented positions.
  • Demonstrated experience opening new enterprise accounts and generating business from scratch.
  • Experience managing complex B2B technology sales cycles.
  • Strong relationships with senior decision‑makers, ideally including:
    • CIOs
    • CTOs
    • COOs
    • Chief Customer Officers
    • VP Customer Experience
    • VP Customer Care
    • Contact Center leaders
    • Digital Transformation leaders
  • Previous experience selling solutions related to one or more of the following:

    • Automation
    • Conversational AI
    • Digital Transformation
    • Data / Analytics
    • BPO technology solutions
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to operate successfully in an entrepreneurial, high‑growth environment.
  • Experience developing new markets or launching new businesses is highly valued.
  • Existing US enterprise network is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced / fluent English required.
  • Spanish is highly valued.
Profile We Are Looking For

We are looking for a builder and hunter, not only an account manager.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Creates opportunities instead of waiting for inbound leads.
  • Knows how to open doors within enterprise organizations.
  • Is comfortable working with limited initial structure.
  • Can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Has strong commercial instincts and executive credibility.
  • Understands technology and can translate complex solutions into business value.
  • Is motivated by the opportunity to build a market and leave a visible impact on the company’s US expansion.
Location & Working Model
  • Location: United States
  • Working Model: Remote
  • Travel: Availability to travel across the US for client meetings, industry events and business development activities.
  • Employment: Full-Time
  • Reporting Line: US Country Manager
Why Join?

This role offers the opportunity to become one of the key commercial leaders during the initial phase of the company’s US expansion.

The selected executive will have the opportunity to:

  • Build the US business from an early stage.
  • Have direct impact on market strategy and growth.
  • Work closely with the US Country Manager and international leadership.
  • Join a fast‑growing AI and Customer Experience technology business.
