Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re hiring a QA Lead to join our 1st shift team in a cold food production facility on the east side of Indianapolis. This is your opportunity to take ownership of quality processes, guide a team, and ensure every product meets the highest food safety standards.

Location: East Side of Indianapolis
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hr (based on experience)
 Work Environment: Cold food production facility (30°F)

Job Summary:
As a QA Lead, you’ll oversee daily quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies, and customer expectations. You’ll mentor the QA team, conduct inspections, and work closely with production leaders to maintain consistency and excellence in every batch produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support QA associates in executing daily inspection and testing procedures
  • Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Conduct line checks, product audits, and corrective action reviews
  • Train and coach team members on quality procedures and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to identify and resolve quality issues
