Currently seeking a Urologist or Urology Physician to join a thriving practice in Naples, FL. The ideal doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy will hold a current unrestricted medical license.

Benefits and Compensation for the Urologist or Urology Physician

  • Full-time Salary: $350,000 Base + Production | Compensation is based on RVU
  • Compensation or RVU of 400K - whichever is greater
  • Fully funded malpractice
  • Licensing renewal fees w/ annual conference expenses covered
  • CME, 401K, Health & Life insurance
  • 1 Month PTO to Start
  • 80% Office Based 20% in Hospital or ASC
  • Call Ratio: 1 in 4
