Medical Center is seeking an experienced BE/BC General Urologist to join its growing hospital-owned practice just east of Fayetteville, NC.
Highlights:

  • Full-time, hospital-employed position within an independently operated community hospital
  • Solo practice with opportunity to grow and shape future program direction
  • 4.5-day clinic schedule:
    • Monday Thursday: 8am 5pm
    • Friday: 8am 12pm
  • Shared call rotation (1:4)
  • Flexible OR access based on surgical volume and case mix
  • Established regional referral pipeline from hospital-employed primary care network
  • Newly remodeled clinic space located adjacent to the hospital
  • Dedicated nurse and receptionist support
  • Potential for APP support as practice expands
  • Close collaboration with surgery, hospitalist, and administrative leadership teams
  • Clinical scope:
