Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Outpatient Urology Clinic to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care in an outpatient urology setting, focusing on diagnostic and procedural support.
  • Assist with outpatient procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, and bladder installations.
  • Perform suprapubic and Foley catheter insertions and changes, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Conduct bladder scanning and post-void residual assessments.
  • Participate in urodynamic testing processes, utilizing professional expertise.
  • Engage in patient visits and assessments as required for urology services.
Qualifications
  • Current VA state license or compact license in hand.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in urology and outpatient clinic settings.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
  • Must be experienced in urodynamics testing.
  • BSN preferred but not mandatory.
