Job description

Milwaukee Electronics has been a trusted name in electronics manufacturing for over 70 years. We deliver innovative solutions that power our customers' growth—blending experience with modern technology, precision, and collaboration. From prototypes to high-volume production, we take pride in building the future of electronics manufacturing together.
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our dedicated production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor a variety of production equipment, including SMT Pick-and-Place machines, Through-Hole Insertion equipment, Sequencers, Wave Solder machines, and Reflow systems.
Whether you’re adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, or identifying issues after they become larger problems, your work will help ensure we consistently build high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Work just 3 nights a week, and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week!
This position follows a consistent Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM schedule. You will work three 12-hour shifts and have four consecutive days off each week, giving you more time for family, hobbies, appointments, rest, or whatever matters most to you.
What this schedule offers:
  • Overtime pay for any hours worked over 10 hours in a day
  • 10% Shift Differential
  • A consistent and predictable 3-day workweek
  • Four consecutive days off every week
  • Full-time benefits and greater work-life balance
Maximize your time and earnings with a schedule that works as hard as you do!
