Job description

Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches - including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods - AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Lead Infant Teacher to join our team. Our infant program provides a safe, nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones - all while feeling secure and supported.
As an Lead Infant Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child's individual needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain consistent routines, meet licensing standards, and uphold our school's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare center preferred.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
  • Authorization to work in the United States
