Job description

Overview

We are an education company specializing in international summer camp programs for students aged 12–20. Our programs combine English learning, cultural exchange, and exciting excursions to create memorable study-vacation experiences in the United States.

This seasonal HR Internship offers hands-on experience supporting summer camp staffing from our main office in Hallandale Beach. The HR Intern will work closely with management to support recruitment, onboarding, staff coordination, and employee records throughout the summer season.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining professional experience in human resources, staffing, operations, or organizational management within a fast-paced, international program environment.



Location & Duration
Working on-site in Hallandale Beach, Florida from ASAP to August 15th





Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee Records
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with preparation, tracking, and filing of staff contracts and onboarding documentation.
  • Support compliance tracking and completion of required hiring paperwork.
  • Organize and update internal HR documentation and staff files.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist with seasonal staff recruitment, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection and verification.
  • Help coordinate communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems and hiring pipelines.
Staff Coordination & Support
  • Communicate with seasonal staff regarding onboarding steps, documentation, and HR-related updates.
  • Assist in resolving basic HR and staffing inquiries.
  • Support coordination between management and seasonal employees during pre-camp and operational periods.
HR Operations Support
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed during peak summer operations.
  • Help ensure smooth execution of hiring, onboarding, and staffing processes.
  • Support management with day-to-day HR workflow organization and documentation.
