Required Skills
•       10+ years of IT experience working on Salesforce platform
•       Certified Salesforce Admin and Advanced Developer required
•       Must have advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, forms, Aura and integrating Salesforce with other systems via REST, SOAP, and point-to-point solutions
•       Good experience in debugging and designing front end UI using HTML, CSS, react JS and javascript.
•       Good working experience on any of the Vlocity platform areas
•       Good knowledge on Salesforce Apex and Lightning
•       CPQ/Order Management experience
•       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks
•       Professional Attributes: Should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
•       Quick learner, good analytical thinking
Role Responsibilities
•       Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators and support analyst, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle
•       Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend solutions or practices relative to root cause analyses and identification of solutions for improving system performance and availability.
•       Typically anticipates opportunities and proactively and consistently champions innovative solutions cross-functionally and across the Enterprise.
•       Ensure review and alignment of team with SLA’s and other metrics.
•       Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals
•       Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation
•       Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features
•       Oversee and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques
•       Enforce high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement
•       Apply your understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model principles, alongside your ability to lead scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer assignments
