We are looking for a compassionate, Russian-speaking caregiver to support our Plano/Allen Eastern European Senior adult clients in their homes. Language requirement:

Qualifications :
Speaks Russian and understands cultural nuances.
At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family or professional), preferably in a healthcare setting.
Patient, dependable, and kind-hearted.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
CNA, HHA, or PCA a plus (not required).
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Follow the client's plan of care to deliver personal care services as assigned.
Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Offer culturally respectful, language-matched care.
Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Comply with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Communicate updates with family and care team.
