About the Role:
As a Truck Team Member, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From junk removal to recycling and donations, you'll be making a difference for people in your community. Plus, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.
What You'll Do:
  • Removal Logistics: Safely and efficiently manage the lifting, carrying, and loading of diverse items onto the truck.
  • Sustainability Steward: Categorize and route items for environmentally sound recycling, donation, or responsible disposal.
  • Customer Delight: Perform a thorough, post-removal cleanup to guarantee a tidy, impressive site for the client.
  • First Impressions: Deliver a warm greeting, clearly communicate service details, and address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Custom Solutions: Diagnose and propose specific, effective solutions for unique junk removal challenges.
  • Value Addition: Proactively suggest and explain complementary services that elevate the customer experience and boost sales.

  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.
  • Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).
