• IAM and access control optimization
• Automation and Infrastructure as Code

• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Experience Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud and/or Google Workspace administration
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud IAM, organization policies, and resource hierarchy
• Experience designing and implementing cloud landing zones
• Proficiency with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Experience with identity management concepts (SSO, MFA, directory services)
• Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assess and document current Google Cloud and Workspace configurations
• Design and rebuild Google Cloud landing zones aligned with best practices (organization structure, folders, projects)
• Implement and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and policies across environments
• Identify and remediate access issues, ensuring least-privilege and proper role assignment
• Standardize provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Deployment Manager)
• Establish governance frameworks including policies, guardrails, and organizational constraints
• Configure secure integration between Google Cloud and Google Workspace identities
• Automate user lifecycle management, group policies, and access workflows
• Monitor, audit, and report on access controls and system usage
• Collaborate with security, DevOps, and IT teams to ensure compliance and scalability
